Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistently high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure office readiness and strong performance.

You will own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction across the offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong leadership capability with proven coaching and accountability.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices for in-person presence.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
• Provide coaching using observed behaviors, feedback, and outcomes.
• Address performance gaps and develop bench strength across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance for the offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve business results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, and onboarding.
