Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and operations, and drive revenue and client satisfaction.

This hands-on leader will travel between offices, set expectations, monitor performance, and ensure offices are prepared to serve clients with excellence, even during seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations.
• Experience guiding through change and new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently across offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistent performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in results and retention.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Ensure office readiness and operational execution across locations.
