H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices. You’ll drive a consistent client experience, coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and balance strategic oversight with in-office leadership to align priorities with business results.

You’ll ensure office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance while delivering strong client outcomes across locations. Occasional travel required to stay present across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.

Responsabilités

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices, with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations across assigned offices; monitor metrics and trends.
• Ensure staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across locations.
