Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales and/or key account management.
• BS in Photonics related field; advanced technical degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer facilities and trade shows.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience with OEM accounts and the photonics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and markets for Thorlabs OEM team and catalog of 22,000+ products.
• Qualify customer needs and lead internal experts to deliver on projects.
• Manage OEM and Key Accounts as dedicated customer contact points.
• Coordinate with PMs, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Coordinators from conception to end-of-life.
