Job summary

LTF Technology, a leader in LED lighting components and controls, seeks a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our North American customer base. You will develop OEM partnerships, manage key accounts, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events to identify opportunities, forecast pipelines, and close deals while maintaining accurate CRM records

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in technical/industrial markets.
• Proven ability to prospect and manage OEM relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Technical aptitude to understand electronic or engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new OEM customers, lighting manufacturers, and distribution partners.
• Build relationships with purchasing managers, engineers, product developers, and key decision-makers.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams on standard and custom solutions.
• Manage quotations, product evaluations, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasts.
• Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
