Job summary

RWE is seeking a Manager for the O&M Region West to oversee safe and reliable operation of renewable energy projects in California. The successful candidate will supervise plant personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations while managing operations and maintenance efficiently.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years in operations, a relevant degree, and leadership experience. A competitive pay range of $114,000 - $170,000 is offered, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or maintenance.
• Current journeyman or master electrician license may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of substation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of plant operations ensuring safety and reliability.
• Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate plant operating budgets and control costs.
