Job summary

GUIDEWELL SANITAS I LLC is seeking a Regional Charge Nurse to oversee clinical quality, safety, and compliance across multiple centers in the Orlando region. You will lead Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs, and serve as the primary clinical liaison with the Senior Safety and Quality Nurse Manager to ensure policy adherence and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of nursing experience with leadership experience, active RN license, and strong EMR and auditing skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific as required).
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or charge nurse role.
• Experience in multi-site clinical operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality metrics, compliance standards, and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities
