Job summary

Sanitas in the West Florida Region – Tampa, FL 33614, seeks a Regional Charge Nurse to oversee clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple centers. This role ensures nursing staff and Lead MAs adhere to standards and will function as a Safety and Quality Lead, completing audits and performance evaluations.

The RCN will lead staff, act as a liaison to senior leadership, and drive improvements in patient safety, documentation accuracy, and policy adherence across centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or charge nurse role.
• Active RN license and BLS Certification.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs across multiple centers.
• Act as the primary clinical liaison between centers and the Senior Safety and Quality Nurse Manager.
• Ensure staff accountability for clinical performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance.
• Support center teams in implementing company policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving between nursing staff, providers, and administrative teams.
