The RCN will lead Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines while functioning as Safety and Quality Lead and Specialist. This role emphasizes audits, safety rounds, and timely performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Oversee clinical audits, chart reviews, and quality control across centers.
• Lead safety rounds and risk management initiatives.
• Coach and evaluate Lead MAs, RNs, and LPNs across multiple centers.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with center leaders to implement policies and training.
• Monitor staffing, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs across multiple centers.
• Act as primary clinical liaison between centers and the Senior Safety and Quality Nurse Manager.
• Ensure staff accountability for clinical performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance.
• Support center teams in implementing company policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between nursing staff, providers, and administrative teams.
• Oversee and ensure completion of clinical audits, chart reviews, and quality control measures.
• Conduct weekly audits to assess documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure completion of safety rounds and hand hygiene assessments.
• Identify trends in clinical performance gaps and develop action plans for improvement.
