Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Regional Charge Nurse (RCN) in the West Florida Region, Tampa, FL. The RCN oversees clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple centers, and acts as a Safety and Quality Lead ensuring audits, safety rounds, and performance evaluations are completed timely.

The role requires leadership of Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs, plus mentorship across centers, adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or charge nurse role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality metrics, compliance standards, and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality, safety, and compliance across multiple centers.
• Lead mentorship and oversight for Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs.
• Act as primary clinical liaison between centers and Senior Safety and Quality Nurse Manager.
