OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Nurse Consultant / Regional Director of Clinical Operations to act as the primary clinical resource for facilities, driving clinical excellence and developing programs to differentiate our services. The role interfaces with multiple directors and staff to ensure standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Regional experience preferred.
• 5 years long term care experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Partner with facilities as the clinical resource to pursue clinical excellence.
• Assist in development of clinical programming and processes.
• Lead facility reviews for compliance with federal/state regs and company standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate issues and solutions to leadership.
• Provide clinical education and lead learning activities and programs.
• Manage IDT in Care Management processes and support interviews for DONS.
