Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations across multiple long-term care facilities. You will ensure Life Safety Code compliance, manage preventive maintenance, and lead facility teams to maintain safe, efficient environments.

This role requires deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems; strong leadership and budget management; and willingness to travel within Massachusetts to support campuses.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive maintenance leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Deep knowledge of physical plant systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Well-versed in Life Safety Code compliance and regulatory surveys.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and state/federal requirements.
• Direct and support facility maintenance teams in preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
• Participate in and prepare facilities for surveys.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
