RegalCare of MA seeks a senior clinical leader to bridge facility nursing teams and corporate operations, standardize care, mentor local Directors of Nursing (DONs), and enforce health standards across the organization.
Reporting to the VP of Clinical, the role drives regulatory readiness, quality audits, and performance improvement while collaborating on budgets, staffing ratios, and clinical resource allocation. Regular local travel is required to support facilities.
Job Summary: Acts as a senior clinical leader bridging facility-level nursing teams and corporate operations to standardize care, mentor local Directors of Nursing (DONs), and enforce health standards for RegalCare of MA.
Reports To: VP of Clinical
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regional facilities adhere to state, federal, and CMS guidelines, managing survey preparations and state health inspections.
Clinical Quality & Audits: Monitor patient care standards, conduct regular documentation and chart reviews, and implement corrective action plans.
Staff Leadership & Training: Mentor local Director of Nursing coordinate regional training curricula, and assist with clinical recruitment needs.
Budget & Operations Support: Collaborate with executive directors to manage nursing budgets, staffing ratios, and medical resource allocation.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree (MSN or MHA) often preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive nursing experience, including 3+ years in multi-facility or facility-level nursing leadership (such as a DON or Resident Services Director).
Travel: Regular local or regional travel between assigned facilities.
