Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Minnesota is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing (RDON) to provide clinical leadership across multiple assisted living and memory care communities. The RDON will ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality of care, mentor RN Care Managers, and collaborate with Housing Directors and regional/ corporate leaders to standardize clinical practices and improve resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Minnesota.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing leadership experience in senior care.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead RN Care Managers across regions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Develop leadership and succession plans for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with Housing Directors and Regional Directors of Operations.
• Support admissions assessments and resident transitions.
• Monitor medication management and resident safety.
