Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) seeks a Regional Nurse Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for OB/GYN nursing teams across Cambridge, Somerville, and Revere locations.

The role focuses on clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement, ensuring equitable, high-quality care in a multidisciplinary ambulatory environment within CHA.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Current or conditional Massachusetts RN license
• American Heart Association BLS Provider certification
• 5 years’ clinical experience in Ambulatory Department Required
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for OB/GYN nursing teams across CHA locations
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement
