Reporting to the Ambulatory Associate Chief Nursing Officer, the Regional Nurse Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing teams across multiple ambulatory OB/GYN practice locations. This leader is responsible for fostering a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff engagement while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, equitable care.
The Regional Nurse Manager partners closely with Practice Managers, Medical Directors, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative, evidence‑based nursing practices that support organizational goals, improve patient outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
