Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing teams across multiple ambulatory OB/GYN locations (Somerville, Cambridge, Revere).

This role partners with Practice Managers and Medical Directors to implement evidence-based nursing practices, improve patient outcomes, and enhance efficiency while upholding a culture of equity and safety.

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required and MA RN license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for ambulatory OB/GYN nursing staff across multiple locations.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff with competency assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers and clinical leaders to improve workflows and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and nursing standards through audits and monitoring.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standing orders.
• Lead evidence-based practice initiatives to improve quality and safety.
• Standardize nursing workflows across sites and support population health initiatives.
• Lead leadership rounds and coordinate educational needs with the Ambulatory Education Department.
