Clinical & Support Options, Inc. is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to provide leadership and supervision for agency nursing staff and to collaborate with program staff.

You will also conduct evaluation services for clients as needed and travel regularly between our outpatient clinics in Northampton, Springfield, and Pittsfield. The role requires MA RN licensure and supervisory experience, with a focus on adults with serious mental illness.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience treating adults with serious mental illness.
• Previos supervisory experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee health status reviews, monitoring, and evaluation for clients; assist in hospitalizations as needed.
• Provide clinical and administrative training to nurses and relief nurses.
• Provide health education for clients as part of the treatment team; cover programs as needed.
