Clinical and Support Options, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for its Respite program in Greenfield. The role involves direct client care, medication management, case coordination with clinicians, and oversight of group programming. Ideal candidates have leadership experience and MA RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massachusetts Registered Nurse.
• Minimum five years’ experience treating adults with serious mental illness.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review medications upon admission and document dosing per policy.
• Complete health assessments and report findings to the Clinical Nurse or Psychiatrist.
• Monitor clients’ physical status and report abnormal findings.
• Provide training to nurses and relief staff as necessary.
• Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and procedures.
• Monitor respite clients with bed checks and documentation.
• Provide supportive counseling and safety for clients using the program.
