Amerita, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations across the region and support growth in home infusion services. You will lead staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, and clinical care, while partnering with Pharmacy and outside nursing agencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• 3–5 years of experience in nursing management.
• 3–5 years of experience in home infusion and home health.
• Extensive experience in IV therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Flexible schedule with on-call evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed for nursing program support.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsabilités

• Nursing services provided to patients in a professional manner in compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee hiring, competency development, continuing education, performance appraisal, supervision and discipline of nursing staff within the region.
• Oversee coordination of activities of the nursing staff.
• Provide safe and professional nursing care to infusion patients including education, direct care, monitoring and care coordination.
• Ensure 24/7 day availability of nursing care with on-call schedule.
• Support sales staff in growing new business and contribute to marketing tools and programs.
• Develop and present in-services to referral sources.
