Job summary

Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Divisional Nurse Manager to provide clinical nursing leadership across regions and specialties with designated operational oversight. The role partners with division, practice, medical, quality, and leadership to standardize workflows, strengthen staff competency, and advance quality and patient experience goals.

Responsibilities include daily supervision of clinical staff, recruitment, orientation, scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Preferred: five years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Direct supervisory, training or education experience is preferred.
• College coursework or formal training in management or leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff across regions and specialties with operational oversight.
• Partner with division, practice, medical, quality and leadership to standardize workflows.
• Provide timely feedback to leaders on workflow changes, quality and performance initiatives.
• Supervise and develop assigned clinical staff, including recruitment, scheduling and coaching.
• Communicate important clinical information to providers and staff and build strong teams.
