Trinity Health MI in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Divisional Nurse Manager to provide clinical nursing leadership across regions and specialties with operational oversight of designated areas. The role partners with division, practice, medical, quality, and operations leaders to standardize workflows, strengthen staff competency, and advance quality and patient experience goals.

The role requires a Michigan RN license, CPR, and at least five years of clinical experience; supervisory or leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Michigan and current CPR certification.
Preferred five years of clinical experience in a combination of medical inpatient or outpatient settings.
Direct supervisory/training/education or relevant experience is preferred.
Preferred: College coursework or formal training in management or leadership.

Responsibilities

Partners with division leadership to develop standardized clinical workflows across regions.
Provide daily leadership and supervision of assigned clinical staff, including recruitment and scheduling.
Establish expectations and complete competency assessments; recommend actions per HR policy.
Communicate clinical and committee information to providers and staff.
Build teams and maintain a positive, service-oriented environment.
