Aventura Healthcare Group seeks a Regional Nurse to oversee nursing operations across multiple facilities in the region. You will ensure high quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development across sites.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with 3–5 years of nursing experience, including 1–2 years in leadership, and possess strong knowledge of CMS, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. A valid driver's license is required for travel between facilities.

Formación

• RN license in good standing
• BSN required; master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred
• 3–5 years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in multi-site clinical management is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA) and related compliance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing practices across multiple facilities to ensure quality care
• Support implementation of clinical protocols and standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all sites
• Mentor, train, and evaluate regional nursing staff
• Address staffing shortages and provide emergency coverage as needed
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and regular audits
• Communicate region-wide updates to leadership and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to urgent clinical issues and support outbreak or high-risk situations
