Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC seeks a Regional Clinician to oversee clinical quality and regulatory excellence across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role reports to the VP of Clinical Services and offers on-site guidance, multi-site oversight, and regular travel to diverse facilities.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (BSN preferred) with 3–5 years of clinical leadership in SNF/LTC, and strong CMS regulation knowledge.

Qualifications

RN license required; BSN preferred.
3–5 years of clinical leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, quality measures, and survey processes.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multi-site responsibilities.
Willingness and ability to travel between facilities within the region.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site clinical support, oversight, and coaching to facility nursing leadership teams
Assist with clinical audits, QAPI initiatives, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Evaluate and strengthen clinical processes, documentation, and care delivery systems
Support new DON/ADON onboarding and ongoing nurse leadership development
Work closely with the VP of Clinical Services to implement company-wide clinical initiatives
Travel regularly to assigned facilities (up to several locations per week)
