Job summary

The Gardens at Country is seeking a Regional Nurse to lead clinical operations across six Massachusetts facilities. You will collaborate with DONs and facility leadership to strengthen nursing teams, drive outcomes, and uphold high standards of care.

Ideal candidates bring an MA RN license and a track record of improving clinical outcomes, with strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills. Travel across campuses is required.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license.
5+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) or 1+ year as Regional Nurse.
Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Excellent staff development and team-building skills.
Willingness to travel regularly between all six facilities.
Hands-on, results-driven clinical leadership approach.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee regional clinical operations across six facilities.
Partner with facility leadership to improve nursing performance.
Review clinical outcomes and implement improvement strategies.
Coach and develop nursing leadership teams.
Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
Provide regular on-site leadership and clinical support at each facility.
