CommonSpirit Health seeks a Specialty Educator RN to design and implement educational programs that elevate nursing competencies and care quality across multiple sites. You will oversee orientations, staff development, and ongoing competency assessments, ensuring alignment with regional initiatives and clinical standards.

Formación

• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.
• Nursing Specialty Certification; sit within six (6) months; achieve within one (1) year of hire or transfer to the role
• Three (3) years of experience in nursing; Two (2) years of experience in the designated specialty.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing program; Master’s degree may waive BSN requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement educational programs including orientations, residency training, competency validations, and workshops.
• Analyze regulatory requirements, survey feedback, and performance data to identify gaps and develop action plans.
• Integrate current healthcare trends and best practices into facility policies and standards of care.
• Support quality outcomes by focusing on nursing-sensitive indicators and participating in improvement activities.
• Facilitate reflective practice and peer feedback to promote clinical expertise and growth.
• Maintain competency and adhere to Nursing Professional Development standards; pursue ongoing learning.
