Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Regional Director of Nurse Delegation to oversee RN delegation across Washington and Oregon communities. The RN will assess needs, determine safe delegation, and train caregivers to ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Director of Health and Wellness, you will maintain delegation documentation and provide ongoing supervision, with up to 100% travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA or OR required before independently performing nurse delegation.
• Maintain current nursing licensure and delegation competencies for the assigned state(s).
• Experience in leadership roles within licensed senior housing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident-specific nursing assessments to determine delegation eligibility.
• Exercise independent RN judgment on delegation decisions and scope.
• Ensure tasks comply with state rules and caregiver qualifications.
• Provide task-specific instructions and hands-on training with competency verification.
• Document delegation activities and maintain up-to-date records.
