Qualifications

• Active RN or ARNP (Washington)
• Current DOH WA license
• Current BLS Certification
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Safety sensitive position per RCW 49.44.240(3)(g)

Responsibilities

• Assigns nursing activities to NACs while retaining accountability for outcomes.
• Reviews monthly MARs for residents under delegated tasks.
• Performs quarterly assessments on residents with delegated tasks.
• Performs yearly assessments on all residents.
• Performs yearly medication competency on delegated staff.
• Conducts move-in assessments for residents.
• Communicates with Assisted Living Administrator and staff about issues.
• Communicates with providers and pharmacy as needed.
• Performs duties as assigned by management.
