Cogir USA, based in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Regional Director of Nurse Delegation to lead RN delegation across assisted living and memory care communities in Washington and Oregon. You will assess resident needs, train caregivers, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling 100% to support communities.
The role reports to the SRDHW and focuses on safe delegation, documentation, and ongoing supervision to promote resident safety and care continuity.
Competenze
- Active, unrestricted RN license with authority to practice in WA and/or OR.
- Minimum 5 years in health/wellness leadership in assisted living or memory care.
- Strong knowledge of state regulations for nurse delegation and survey processes.
Mansioni
- Perform and document resident-specific nursing assessments to determine delegation needs.
- Provide instructions and hands-on training to caregivers; verify competency.
- Supervise delegated care and reassess caregiver competency and resident condition.
- Maintain delegation documentation and ensure regulatory compliance across WA and OR.
