Cogir Senior Living USA seeks a Regional Director of Health and Wellness to provide clinical oversight across multiple communities in Oregon and beyond. The role emphasizes quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and coaching of Health and Wellness Directors.

You will lead clinical programs, monitor care delivery, review eMARs and progress notes, and partner with regional leadership to advance Cogir’s standards and resident outcomes.

Competenze

• RN with equivalent training and experience; nursing license must be current and in good standing.
• Must be a licensed RN in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 5 years working in geriatric nursing, with medication administration and delivery systems experience.
• Three years in a regional clinical services role for an assisted living company with oversight for five or more communities.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and training skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Mansioni

• Serve as the Regional Nurse and regulatory expert; understand licensing statutes and identify citations.
• Promote Cogir Health and Wellness goals regionally and ensure regulatory practices across the region.
• Provide resident care training to Health and Wellness Directors and community teams.
• Make frequent visits to assigned communities; assess resident care systems and guide roadmaps for improvement.
• Recommend and implement systems to support policy adherence and quality care.
