Job summary

Full Spectrum Search Group is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to provide clinical oversight across five skilled nursing facilities in California's Central Valley. The role reports to the CNO and partners with regional leadership to support quality, survey readiness, and regional clinical operations as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• Regional or multi-site clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SNF regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Experience preparing facilities for surveys and managing follow-up.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work across Modesto/Turlock/Central Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight across five skilled nursing facilities.
• Partner with CNO and regional directors on clinical priorities.
• Support survey preparation, response, and follow-up.
• Monitor clinical performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead monthly quality review meetings with facility leadership.
• Conduct facility visits to assess operations, compliance, and quality.
• Offer clinical guidance to facility leadership and address risks.
• Contribute to regional clinical processes and infrastructure during growth.
