Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Regional experience preferred.
• 5 years long term care experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource to pursue clinical excellence.
• Assist in development of clinical programming and process to differentiate services.
• Conduct facility reviews to assess compliance with Federal and State regulations and company standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate identified problems and solutions to leadership.
• Lead quality assurance and education initiatives for nursing teams.
• Apply leadership to direct others toward defined goals and facilitate IDT in Care Management.
