Avir Health Group in Texas is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant for Region 5 to join our Management Team. The role demands a strong history of clinical excellence in long-term care and leadership to uphold high standards of care.

You will collaborate with facility leadership across Rose Trail, Petal Hill, Azalea Heights, Center, Longview, and San Augustine to ensure quality, compliance, and patient safety. A current RN license and supervisory experience are preferred.
