Avir Health Group is seeking an experienced Regional Reimbursement Consultant for Region 4 to support multiple skilled nursing communities across Texas. The role focuses on accurate reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and revenue optimization while traveling between facilities within the region.

Qualified candidates must hold RN or LVN licensure, have at least 2 years in long-term care, and be proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid documentation requirements.
• Proven experience supporting reimbursement processes in skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support reimbursement processes across multiple facilities in Region 4.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate revenue capture.
• Collaborate with facilities to optimize reimbursement workflows and documentation.

Qualifications for Regional Reimbursement Consultant:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care setting.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid documentation requirements.

• Proven experience supporting reimbursement processes within a skilled nursing environment.

• Ability to travel frequently between facilities within the region.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
