Qualifications

• 3–4 years of RN experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.
• Active state nursing license required.
• Multi-site experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teaching/training abilities.
• Ability to ensure regulatory standards are met and corrective actions taken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assess compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in developing clinical policies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Screen applicants for nurse management positions with EDs and DONs.
• Educate and implement systems; monitor and improve resident outcomes.
• Develop goals aligned with company standards and regulations.
• Support survey readiness and prepare corrective action plans.
• Train nursing departments and community managers on regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with consultants to implement improvement plans.
• Audit clinical compliance issues and report results to leadership.
• Assess and troubleshoot needs of communities, residents, and teams.
• Perform additional tasks within scope of practice.
