Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance in Massachusetts and Connecticut seeks a Lead Clinical Excellence leader to drive nursing leadership across multiple sites. You will mentor directors, shape clinical performance, and elevate resident care through strategic initiatives.

Collaborative RN leaders with five+ years of progressive nursing leadership, including three years as Director of Nursing in skilled nursing, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• Three+ years as Director of Nursing in skilled nursing.
• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in MA and CT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors of Nursing to elevate clinical performance and resident outcomes.
• Support survey readiness, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Analyze CMS Five-Star performance data to identify opportunities to improve CMS Five-Star performance.
• Coach, develop, and mentor nursing leaders across multiple communities.
• Lead clinical turnarounds and support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic clinical initiatives and workforce planning.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
• Five or more years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
• At least three years of successful Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, quality measures, and long-term care operations.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams.
