Azria Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to support Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. You will assist Directors of Nursing and Administrators, promote best practices, and monitor quality care across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Registered Nurse license is required.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing departments of multiple facilities and assist Directors of Nursing and Administrators.
• Provide input on clinical systems and quality assurance measures to improve care.
• Coordinate and promote evidence-based best practices across facilities and regional teams.
• Develop and monitor staffing plans and nursing schedules to meet resident needs.
• Train staff nurses to promote performance improvement and support survey readiness.
