Job summary

Azria Health is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to support multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. You will lead nursing departments, drive quality assurance programs, and train staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires a registered nursing license, a couple of years of leadership experience, and a focus on regulatory readiness and performance improvement. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or related settings.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, QA, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing departments across multiple facilities.
• Assist in development and implementation of quality assurance measures.
• Provide staff training to promote performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and facility leadership for care quality.
• Monitor staffing plans and budget performance for nursing services.
• Assist in survey preparation and post-survey improvement plans.
• Communicate regularly with facility teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
