OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Nurse Consultant / Regional Director of Clinical Operations to serve as the primary clinical resource for assigned facilities, driving clinical excellence and developing programming that differentiates our services.

Relocation to Northern New Mexico is required. The role partners with the Regional Director of Operations and other leaders, conducts facility reviews, leads education, and oversees QA and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in good standing).
• Regional experience preferred.
• 5 years long term care experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource to pursue clinical excellence.
• Assist in development of clinical programming and processes that differentiate our services.
• Conduct facility reviews including mock survey visits to assess compliance with Federal and State regulations and Company standards.
• Prepare reports and communicate identified problems and recommended solutions with leadership.
• Apply leadership to direct others toward defined goals and link people and resources to achieve them.
• Assist in interviewing for Director of Nursing Services positions and facilitate Care Management processes.
• Support analysis of nursing department budgets and labor hours.
