Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an RN-licensed Nurse Consultant/Regional Director of Clinical Operations for relocation to Southern New Mexico. The role partners with facilities to achieve clinical excellence and develop programs that differentiate services.

The position oversees clinical operations, quality assurance, education, and leadership within facilities, with a focus on regulatory compliance and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing is required.
• Regional experience is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years long term care experience.
• Minimum 2 years as Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance of interdisciplinary clinical processes.
• Provide educational information to nursing teams for clinical decisions.
• Design and implement learning activities and education programs.
• Evaluate nursing practices for compliance with standards.
• Lead and coordinate with facility leadership to meet goals.
• Assist in budgeting and analysis of nursing department resources.
