Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or technical field.
• Five+ years in technical field sales; nuclear industry experience a plus.
• At least three years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; relationship builder.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and maintain a heavy travel schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual growth in orders and sales revenue within the region.
• Develop sales strategies by identifying key decision-makers and aligning value propositions.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across valves, parts, testing equipment, training, and services.
• Build and sustain relationships across site-level and corporate teams.
• Identify opportunities using Salesforce; keep CRM data current.
• Conduct regular site visits—minimum five per month; cover sites quarterly.
• Organize product demos and Lunch & Learn sessions for end users.
• Support product development and integration with vertical leaders.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends; report insights.
