Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead RCO transformational activities and execution of operational activities.
• Partner with RCO Regional Heads to create and integrate execution plans.
• Coordinate for RCO Leadership Team meetings, setting agendas and priorities.
• Drive RCO operating model and integration efforts from M&A at country level.
• Track progress, identify risks, and develop remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other enablement roles to support RCO priorities.
• Develop annual budget for the RCO organization and monitor progress.
