Job summary

Badger Meter Inc. is seeking a Municipal Account Manager to manage and grow municipal and utility accounts across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. You will conduct strategic visits, drive sales for AMI and water solutions, and collaborate with distributors and alliance partners to expand market share.

The role requires up to 75% travel, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 3+ years in account management or utilities sales. A customer-focused, negotiation-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of account management or utility/government sales experience.
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow municipal and utility accounts within designated region.
Conduct strategic visits to drive sales and increase market share for Badger Meter products.
Coordinate with distributors and alliance partners for territory coverage and customer support.
