Qualifications

• Experienced with electronics, specifically semiconductor Multisource products and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the regional market, industry and customer base.
• Ability to build influential relationships and communicate at all levels.
• Excellent business acumen with strategic thinking and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Push/drive Multisource products toward the customer market.
• Deliver profitable market share gains in the region.
• Maintain a pipeline of Multisource quoting.
• Support sales with customer data and strategy.
• Define a complete package offer with ARROW resources.
• Assist in supplier price strategy for final offers.
• Support final offer presentations and negotiations.
• Build market data and intelligence for the team.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and other regions.
• Train and enable regional sales teams.
