Job summary

onsemi seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing for Americas to lead customer engagement, business development, and regional growth across Mass Market sectors. You will bridge customers, channel partners, Sales, and Business Units to drive revenue growth, design-ins, and market expansion.

Travel across North America is frequent, with 40-60% travel expected. The role requires strong external engagement and executive-level representation of onsemi across partnerships, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

12+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Business Development, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Applications Engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
Demonstrated success driving customer engagement, funnel growth, and design-win generation.
Strong understanding of semiconductor markets, distribution models, and customer development processes.
Experience presenting to executive, engineering, and commercial audiences.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the Americas.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Americas Mass Market growth strategies aligned with Business Unit and corporate objectives.
Identify emerging market opportunities, target applications, and strategic growth initiatives across industrial, medical, infrastructure, AI, and broad-market segments.
Drive design-in, design-win, and revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and opportunity development.
Influence product roadmaps, NPI priorities, and market strategies through direct customer feedback and market intelligence.
Serve as the regional expert for AMG product portfolios and system-level solutions.
