HRH Search is recruiting a Regional Property Manager to support multiple market-rate communities in South Florida, guiding teams through leasing and operating challenges and moving properties from lease-up into steady operations.

You will review performance, identify where support is needed, and carry improvements through to completion while using Yardi-based data to keep leadership informed. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential for staff and resident interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional or multi-property management within market-rate multifamily housing.
• Familiarity with lease-ups and understanding of the South Florida rental market.
• Proficiency with Yardi and ability to leverage property data for decision-making.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with staff and residents.
