Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or related real estate operations experience.
• Background in residential, multifamily, commercial, HOA, or other property management environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to leasing, collections, vendor management, customer relations, or property operations.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Interest in developing into a broader regional property management role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple residential communities.
• Assist with leasing, occupancy, collections, and resident relations.
• Coordinate with onsite teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure properties operate efficiently.
• Monitor property performance, budgets, and operational reporting.
• Help implement processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on portfolio management initiatives.
