This role is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing NOI, managing expenses, leading the onsite team, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The Community Manager serves as the operational and financial leader of the asset, ensuring leasing goals are met, delinquency is controlled, budgets are adhered to, and company standards are consistently upheld. This individual must be both strategic and hands-on, capable of analyzing financial performance while also motivating a team and engaging with residents.
