Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Resource (RN) to support regional nursing operations across multiple facilities in Washington. The role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will have extensive nursing leadership experience, infection prevention certification, and a collaborative, teaching mindset to develop CNOs and clinical leaders while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Washington and experience operating in WA.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Infection Preventionist certification required.
• DNS-CT or CDONA certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership role.
• Multi-site or regional leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement programs.
• Proven ability to coach and influence nursing leaders.

Aufgaben

• Provide regional clinical oversight and support to SNF and rehab facilities.
• Mentor Chief Nursing Officers and nursing leadership teams.
• Conduct on-site reviews, audits, and performance evaluations of nursing operations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities via data analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Support survey readiness, complaint surveys, and plans of correction.
• Educate and coach staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Validate competencies of nursing leaders and assist onboarding.
• Provide infection prevention oversight and guidance per regulations.
• Partner with leadership to support QAPI initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and resident dignity.
