Job summary

Kw Property Management & Consulting seeks a Maintenance Technician (Corporate Support) to perform routine maintenance and repairs across Florida properties. Under limited supervision, you’ll handle preventative maintenance of building systems and assist the Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires at least two years of building trades experience, a valid Florida driver’s license, and the ability to travel between counties (Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm

Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades or maintenance.
• Must be able to react and address emergency situations within 30 minutes.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contact and schedule vendors/contractors for repairs and emergencies outside routine maintenance.
• Maintain a schedule of maintenance performed and due dates.
• Work safely and ensure the safety of self and others in the building.
• Maintain operating environment to achieve resident service standards.
• Follow preventative maintenance programs for the community.
• Complete work orders in KWPMC system.
